CAPITAL CAMPAIGN
To secure the continuity and growth of our mission to assist mental health agencies
and employ more mental health clients in Yolo County, the FAN Board of R&R purchased and paid for a parcel of land on the corner
of Peņa Drive and Spafford Street, off 5th Street in Davis. The address is 2801 Spafford Street, Davis, CA 95618. We are now
in the process of building our new store which will have
twice as much space as our current facility. The additional space will accommodate the growth in consignments and donations to
our store, enable us to employ more mental health clients and ensure our continued support of our mental health agencies.
The FAN Board has embarked on a capital campaign to fund this new, larger,
consignment and thrift store. We are eager to raise the money to fulfill our mission of assisting mental health agencies, clients,
and the community at large with an upscale consignment and thrift store. Our goal is to raise another $500,000 to cover "soft" costs
that are not covered by our construction loan. These soft costs include things like city fees of close to $400,000, and PGE costs of
$39,000.
